REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Om Art & Crafts.

We want our customers to receive products in good condition and as described. Please carefully review this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy before placing an order.

1. Return Request Period

You may request an eligible return within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused.
The product must be in its original condition.
The product must include its original packaging, tags, accessories, and components, where applicable.
You must provide the order number or other proof of purchase.
The item must not fall within one of the non-returnable categories listed below.

Do not send an item back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

2. How to Request a Return

Photographs and/or video where relevant
Photographs of packaging if the item arrived damaged

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Return Address

Approved returns should be sent only after receiving confirmation from us.

Products returned without prior authorization may be rejected or experience processing delays.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.

If your order arrives:

Damaged
Broken
Defective
Incorrect
Missing an item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send photographs and, where reasonably requested, an unpacking video showing the product and packaging.

After verification, depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

Replacement
Exchange
Store credit
Full refund
Partial refund

as appropriate and subject to applicable law.

Where we confirm that an incorrect, defective, or damaged product was supplied by us, reasonable return shipping costs will generally be borne by us.

5. Handmade and Handcrafted Products

Many products sold by Om Art & Crafts may be handmade, handcrafted, hand-painted, or produced using natural materials.

As a result, minor variations in:

Colour
Texture
Grain
Finish
Shape
Pattern
Brushwork
Surface appearance

may occur between individual products.

Such natural or handmade variations are generally not considered defects where they are consistent with the nature and description of the product.

Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on photography, screen settings, lighting, and display characteristics.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, we may not accept returns for:

Customized or personalized products
Made-to-order products
Products manufactured according to customer specifications
Clearance or final-sale products identified as non-returnable before purchase
Gift cards
Used, altered, installed, damaged, or modified products
Products returned without original packaging where the absence of packaging prevents safe resale
Products damaged because of misuse, improper handling, installation, or storage
Items where the return request is made after the permitted return period

This does not limit your rights where a product is defective, incorrectly supplied, or where applicable law requires us to provide another remedy.

7. Change-of-Mind Returns

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for:

Return shipping charges
Secure packaging
Any applicable courier charges
Any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or similar expenses associated with the return

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Om Art & Crafts is not responsible for an unauthorized return or for a returned shipment lost before reaching us, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. International Returns

For international returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping, customs documentation, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by us or applicable law requires otherwise.

Please clearly follow the return instructions provided by our team to reduce the possibility of customs delays or additional charges.

9. Refund Inspection and Approval

Once an approved return reaches us, we will inspect the product.

We will inform you whether the refund has been approved or whether additional information is required.

If approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.

10. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved and initiated by us, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Actual processing time may depend on your:

Bank
Credit/debit card provider
Payment gateway
Country
Payment method

Om Art & Crafts cannot control processing times after a refund has been successfully transmitted to the relevant payment provider.

If you have not received an approved refund after a reasonable processing period, contact us at Sales@catchydecor.in.

11. Exchanges

Where available, an exchange may be approved for an eligible product.

Availability of a replacement product cannot be guaranteed.

If an exchange product is unavailable, we may offer another suitable resolution, including a refund or store credit, subject to applicable law.

12. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, it ordinarily cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to the applicable return conditions.

Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products may become non-cancellable once production has begun.

13. Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is returned to us because:

The customer refuses delivery without an approved reason
An incorrect or incomplete address was provided
Delivery attempts were unsuccessful
Customs duties or taxes payable by the recipient were refused

we may deduct reasonable shipping, return-shipping, customs, or other direct costs from any refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For international shipments, import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other destination-country charges may apply.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are generally the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

These amounts are charged by government authorities or logistics providers and are not normally refundable by Om Art & Crafts.

15. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the law applicable to your purchase.

Where mandatory consumer law gives you greater rights than this Policy, the mandatory legal requirements will apply.
